This outdoor love seat is one of the best product that I have purchased. It is very comfortable and seems to be durable. There was a problem with shipping that resulted in the shipping box being soaked. Unfortunately, the cushion cores had a musty smell that would not dissipate. I called Crosley Furniture customer service and they immediately offered to send new cushion cores. They arrived within two days. I will not give the name of the agent since he may not want his name made public. I did call him and thanked him for his outstanding customer service. This is an example of the way customer service should be with all sellers and manufacturers. Thank you.
